Today I am chatting with Alina Wright, Alina is the Owner and CEO of Talent Tactics, a leading firm specializing in recruitment services, resume writing, and creating company policies and procedures for small businesses. With a passion for empowering organizations through strategic talent acquisition and development, Alina brings a wealth of experience and a personalized approach to every client. In addition to her role at Talent Tactics, Alina proudly serves in the Army Reserves. She is also a devoted mom to two wonderful children and a beloved fur child, sharing her life with a husband who is also dedicated to military service. As a way to give back to the community, Alina conducts free business workshops in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
